Confetti Stars. Random "confetti" arrangement of the colored half square triangles within classic star 16 patch half square triangle blocks.
I always love these "confused" flying geese quilts when I see them on Pinterest. I used the source image for the Design Seed the QDAD group leader provided to inform the movement of the geese.
A single star block inspired by a barn quilt I saw in Iowa last December. I imagine this quilt as being made of 12" blocks to make up a twin size quilt.
Blocks based on a classic 16 patch star. Colors rotate and reflect block to block. Every other row of blocks is offset.
